About the Meeting
The 68th
Clinical Meeting of the Frederick A. Coller Surgical Society will take place Friday,
September 12th, and Saturday, September 13th, 2025, in
Ann Arbor, MI. This year’s program will feature a series of scientific lectures
and academic presentations, as well as a Friday evening reception and a Saturday
football tailgate. We look forward to connecting with new graduates, early
career surgeons, and other potential Coller members, and demonstrating to them
what a great alumni group we have.

Scientific Sessions, Business Meeting, Fry Memorial Lecture, and Presidential Address. Breakfast and lunch will be served.

Evening Reception – Join us for the “Ann Arbor Surgical Dinner”, hosted by the
University of Michigan and Trinity Health Ann Arbor Departments of Surgery.
This special evening will bring together Coller members, along with faculty and
residents from both institutions, for a night of camaraderie and conversation.

University of Michigan vs. Central Michigan University Football Tailgate – Tailgate will begin 3 hours before kickoff. The tailgate will end at the end of the football game.

Note: Transportation will
be provided to and from the Kensington Hotel to the Michigan Union and to Ferry
Field.

for our members. Please note that the room block is limited, so we encourage
you to reserve your room early! Special conference rates are available until August
7th, 2025.

for the 2025 Coller Society Clinical Meeting. Please use the below webpage to
complete your registration.

- Attending/Faculty – $200
- Resident – $100
- Guest (Social event attendance ONLY) – $50
- Registration Instructions: If you plan to bring a guest, please note that you will need to complete two separate registration forms.
- To register, click “See details”.
- Scroll down and select the appropriate registration rate (attending, resident, or guest).
- Check the boxes of each of the additional events you plan to attend (Friday evening reception and Saturday activity).
- List any dietary accommodations you may need (allergies, sensitivities, etc.).
- List your name.
- List the organization you are currently affiliated with (if applicable).
- Click “attend”.
- If not adding a guest, click the cart icon in the upper-right hand corner to check out.

Submit Abstracts
& Cases
We are now accepting
submissions for abstracts and interesting cases for the 2025 Clinical
Meeting. These submissions will be considered for presentation at the
Scientific Program, as part of the 2025 Clinical Meeting, as well as the
following awards:
- Resident Research Award: Awarded to the highest scoring
non-vascular abstract.
- Jobst Award: Awarded to the highest scoring vascular
abstract.
- Bryant-Arnold Award: Awarded to a vascular abstract
by the University of Michigan Vascular Surgery Section Head.
You may submit your
abstracts and interesting cases at the following Google Form. The deadline for submissions will be
Friday, June 6th, 2025. Please note that recipients of the
Coller Research Fellowship are expected to present their work at the Clinical
Meeting and will be given priority for presentation slots.
